Hello again to our wonderful Solis Wealth Family. The weather here in the desert is finally showing signs of our version of “winter,” with temperatures dipping below 80 degrees. We’re loving it! Sweater and boot season is upon us—or at least it feels that way to us thin-skinned, thin-blooded desert rats. For those of you who live in much colder climates, that might sound funny, but we truly cherish this little seasonal shift.
November was a wonderfully busy and memorable month for Dana and me. Early in the month, we spent a weekend in Pasadena at the Hollywood Bowl to see Danny Elfman, one of our favorite musicians. You might know him as the composer of scores for Edward Scissorhands, Batman, Spider-Man, and The Nightmare Before Christmas, or as the lead singer of Oingo Boingo. It was an incredible night filled with lively, unforgettable music and energy.
Later in November, we had the privilege of hosting our Annual Solis Wealth Management Client Appreciation Party. We literally rolled out the red carpet and had such a fun time connecting with many of you. From great conversations to dancing, it was a night to remember. For those of you who couldn’t make it, please know you were missed, and we hope to see you at our next event!
Toward the end of the month, Dana and I took a short road trip with Chris, Tiffany, and the kids to 123 Farms in Cherry Valley. While they are known for their lavender fields during most of the year, the farm transforms into a holiday wonderland in winter, with spectacular light displays spanning acres of land. Despite a bit of drizzle (which I personally love), we had such a great time sipping hot drinks, marveling at the lights, and exploring their quaint little village—very reminiscent of European Christmas markets. It was a magical evening that truly set the tone for the holiday season.
As this season unfolds, I wish you all the blessings and wonderment it can bring. Whether you’re enjoying time with loved ones or navigating challenges, please know that we are always here for you. For those who may find this season more difficult, you are in our thoughts and prayers.
Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and Happy New Year!
