Greg R. Solis, AIF®
President and CEO
Greg R. Solis is President and CEO of Solis Wealth Management, Inc. Born and raised in Palm Desert, California, Greg earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Political Science and History, emphasizing economic studies from UCLA. Greg began his career with Paychex Incorporated as a Sales Executive and was later promoted to District Sales Manager of Southern California out of the Los Angeles Branch. In 1992, Greg moved back to the Coachella Valley, married his wife Monica, and began his career as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch. In 1994, Greg joined LPL Financial and was recognized for his outstanding achievements in client service. Before returning back to LPL Financial in 2004, Greg served as Vice President at Wachovia Securities from 2001-2004.
Greg’s professional registrations include FINRA Series 7 (General Securities Representative), Series 24 (General Securities Principal) and Series 63 (Uniform State Law), which are currently held with LPL Financial. Greg also holds a California Life, Disability, and Variable Annuity Insurance License. He has received formal training in investment fiduciary responsibility and earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) professional designation. Greg is a member of the UCLA Alumni Association, Southwest Community Church, La Quinta Country Club and Theta Chi Alumni Association. He has also served on the National Center for Fathering Board, Desert Christian Academy Board of Trustees, Links Players International Board, the Love146 Board, Old Town Artisan Studio Board, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Board, Festival of Life/LOV Movement Resource Committee, Boys and Girls Club Southwest Growers Committee, and the Eisenhower Medical Center Exploratory Committee.
When not helping his clients, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife, Monica; his three children: Jack, Nicole, and Emily; and friends. Greg and his family currently reside in La Quinta, California.
Robert Medler, CRPC®, CMFC®, AIF®
Wealth Advisor and Investment Analyst
Bob Medler joined Solis Wealth Management as a Wealth Advisor in January 2009 after 12 years with Merrill Lynch. Originally from Chatsworth, California, in 1972 Bob married his wife Viki, graduated from New Mexico State University with a BBA in Marketing Economics, and received a Regular Army commission as a 2nd Lieutenant through the ROTC program. Bob completed Army Flight School in 1974 and served in a variety of command and staff positions until attending the Command and General Staff College in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. This was followed by graduate school where he received a MS in Acquisition Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. Bob’s last assignment was Chief of Army Standardization, London, England.
After 24 years of service, he retired from the military in 1996 and joined Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor. Securities registrations currently held with LPL Financial include FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65. Bob also holds a California Life, Disability, and Variable Annuity Insurance License. Bob earned the designations of Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM, CRPC® and Chartered Mutual Fund CounselorSM, CMFC® from the College of Financial Planning®. He has also received formal training in investment fiduciary responsibility and earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (or AIF®) professional designation.
Bob and his wife, Viki, live in Palm Desert, California and have two grown children, Summer and Robert, and one grandchild.
Tiffany Valentine, CFP®
Vice President and Director of Financial Planning
Tiffany Valentine joined Solis Wealth Management in 2006 and is currently Vice President and Director of Financial Planning. Born in Michigan and raised in Beverly Hills, California, Tiffany moved to Palm Springs in 2003 to be closer to her then-fiancé (now husband) Chris. She has been working in the financial services industry since 2001. She obtained her Series 7 registration, currently held with LPL Financial, as well as her California Insurance License in 2002. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business with a concentration in Finance from California State University, San Bernardino. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma business honor society. She also earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2016. Outside of the office, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and their daughter Avery and son Travis. She is also active in her church and has a passion for health and nutrition.
Director of Operations
Tami Salzer is the Director of Operations for Solis Wealth Management. Born in Vancouver, British Columbia, she moved to Palm Springs in 1970. In 1978, Tami married her husband Larry, a wallpaper and painting contractor in the Desert area since 1969. She joined Morgan Stanley in 1995, where she worked as a Senior Sales Assistant for fifteen years before joining the Solis Wealth Management team in December 2009. Tami currently has her FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations (all registrations are held at LPL Financial).
Tami enjoys spending her free time with her husband; three daughters: Salem, Morgan, Lanay; grandchildren; and her two dogs, Nyree and Bailey.
Director of Administrative Relations
Lindsay Stein joined Solis Wealth Management in 2017 as Director of Administrative Relations. She is a native to the Coachella Valley and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English with a minor in Political Science from the University of Washington. After graduating from college she moved to Marina Del Rey, Ca and then to Brooklyn, New York, returning to the valley in 2011 in order to be closer to her family. She has over 10 years of Administrative and Accounting experience.
In her free time, Lindsay enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Director of Office Management
VonCile Graham joined Solis Wealth Management in 2017 as Director of Office Management. Born and raised in the beautiful Coachella Valley, she and her husband Dana now reside in Indio. In 2003, VonCile partnered with her husband in their repair shop gaining Administrative and Bookkeeping experience until 2006 when she joined a local retail shop on El Paseo spending the last 11 years obtaining experience in management, marketing, and office administration. VonCile is an active member of her church and when she is not spending time with her friends and family, she is pursuing her interest in dance and fitness.
